...no, the girls haven't gotten jobs, but they are climbing up and down the stairs of our house now with caution and ease. It seems every week we are passing another milestone. Just in the past few months we've seen Anna perfect her walk, Sophia has moved on to a brisk jog, we've said goodbye to the high chairs (replacing them with an actual table and chairs) and the gate keeping the girls from the kitchen is gone. Not to mention Anna and Sophia's patience for the stroller has given way to a determination for walking on their own (our speed walks around the lake are being replaced with strolls around the block). The girls love it, and I'm guessing before long we will be getting trikes or scooters for them, but not too soon! We are happy to see they are growing and getting some new freedoms but would like to enjoy this age for a little while longer.
In other news: I gave Sophia her first haircut today, unfortunately it did not go well. She was not pleased about it and who could blame her, it has taken her nearly two and a half years to barely cover her head, I would have skipped it but she was developing an unsightly mullet. 
I am guessing within the next few months the attic may become
playroom central
