"there is snow all everywhere"

...Those were the first words we heard yesterday morning as Anna and Sophia stormed into our room. They woke up and looked out the window and just could not contain their excitement with seeing the first fresh snowfall of the year. So it was only inevitable that we would head out and get some play time in.

The girls have never made a snowman before but they certainly had their preconceived ideas of how it should look as my way of decorating the face with potato head parts was utterly unthinkable. Luckily we had some carrots and sticks available because that is THE only appropriate way to make a snowman's face.
